Live shipment dispatch and delivery timing

Live animals dispatch on Mondays only. Please confirm by Sunday at 3 p.m. Pacific for the following Monday.

Before we ship, use the private link in your post-order email to review your address and confirm your dispatch Monday and receiving method.

We do not dispatch during any week with a carrier holiday from Monday through Friday. Weather and route checks may hold your shipment or change its date.

Transit estimates start from your confirmed dispatch date, not your purchase or checkout date. Arrival ranges are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

SHIPPING POLICY and GENERAL TERMS

NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED, WE OFFER LIVE ARRIVE GUARANTEE.

Canceling orders are welcome within 48 hours of placing the order.   A  full refund minus 10% cancelation fee will be  returned to your payment method. 

Live arrival guarantee is offered on all live insects, If upon arrival you suffer from more than 25% loss “ONE FOURTH DEAD” ( some is expected during shipping) please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.  We will issue a complete credit for the losses you suffer.  This credit can be applied to anything in store on your next order and does not have to be used on the same items.  No refunds are given.
