If we cannot ensure they will arrive safely, we will not ship them with the risk taken on by us and not you. If things do not work out, and the insects die in transit, we will accept loss and make it right by you.

Now, we recognize that a certain amount of loss is to be expected, as they are used to stress during any type of travel. Regardless, we will do everything in our power to limit that stress for the insects and ensure their best possible well-being. In the case of insects arriving dead on arrival (DOA), we will offer to replace them against future orders. Given the shipping costs, we are uncomfortable with shipping out replacement insects without order commitment.
