Please note a small fee of 9$ is automatically applied within all "Live shipping" boxes that covers the cost of Heat pack or Phase 22 and fully insulated box.

We understand that our customers may be concerned about shipping live arthropods to their homes at Arthropods Canada. As a result, there are several ways that we assist in ensuring we can ship safely, but we also guarantee all shipments. If we cannot ensure they will arrive safely, we will not ship them with the risk taken on by us and not you. If things do not work out, and the insects die in transit, we will accept loss and make it right by you please note we do not cover cost of replacement label.

We have shipped live insects canada wide since 2015 with 99% of shipments arriving alive and healthy.

We will do everything in our power to limit that stress for the insects and ensure their best possible well-being. In the case of arriving dead on arrival (DOA), we will offer to replace them against future orders. Given the shipping costs, we are unable to ship out replacement insects without order commitment as we cannot cover the label cost.

We did not cover shipping cost when a replacement is needed.
