My Regal spider arrived in awesome packaging. These guys have great customer service and my little guy is thriving and is a completely loved new member of our family. I would highly recommend these guys both for their product and their great service!

Arrived safely and adapted to its new enclosure with no issue! The packaging was well put together for a long ride.

Little Acorn came packaged with care and still had heat even after 72hrs had passed. She was quick to molt the day after coming home but is very beautiful, healthy, energetic and a treat to watch. She’s an absolute delight to have in our home. JoJo was incredible with communication about the shipping process and ensuring she’d arrive safely. I bought a spider from "AC" for my son's 8th birthday.

I called the business first to ask a few questions and they were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

They identified immediately that shipping dates in conjunction with local weather could be a concern for the welfare of the spider so I deferred to their expertise and let them ship it when they were comfortable.

The spider still showed up on time, healthy and extremely well packaged.

They were also available in the evening to explain to my son how to properly care for the spider.

Packaging was done so well! They arrived safely with great care taken to ensure they made it safe and alive.

They had food, damp paper towel and clearly labeled that there was living invertebrates inside.
( you can keep them in their containers for a while after, which is helpful)

They wouldn't ship untill they knew they had a reliable shipper to my area. Which I truly appreciate. They care about each individual spider. That is beautiful too see 🥰

I have seen one of fangs girls, successfully molt so far. They are amazing eaters. One ate as soon as I put her container in the sunlight. same day she arrived (marus girl).
One of my boys took on a big meal worm. Pretty sure he's in a molt right now bc he ate and ate and drank fr a qtip and than in his hammy he went.. (He made a thick hammock after filling up for a few days).

They are a great way to teach children and adults about spiders, while easing their fears.
My kids have love watching them.
