Canceling orders are welcome within 48 hours of placing the order/before order is shipping. A  full refund minus 10% cancelation fee will be  returned to your payment method. 

Live arrival guarantee is offered on all live insects, If upon arrival you suffer any loss 24 hours of delivery with photos and credit will be issue to you we do not expect loss when using trusted shipping options and techniques.
