Last order was good to start but a lot of them died too. Not sure why when they are suppose to have all they need .
I'm sorry I don't have more information posted. Yes, they have 'all they need,' but the first flies that arrive inside the container should die within a few days to weeks. Apologies for this miscommunication. These flies in the container are your egg layers, and the cultures will have just been started one week before your order. Since we produce them on-demand, they are often already laying 500-2000 larvae into the substrate, which will hatch roughly 2 weeks after arriving to you. The hatching time can vary depending on temperatures. The medium should not be allowed to dry out; we recommend keeping cultures in a humidity-controlled area with at least 50% humidity to retain moisture in the medium.
