Winter Shipping Update

We're finally out of the deep freeze! Normal winter shipping operations will resume on February 24th for Western Canadian locations.

For our friends in the East, please bear with us just a few more weeks, and you'll be out of the freezing temperatures too!

If your local daytime temperatures are above 40°F, we consider that "safe winter shipping." While still somewhat risky, we can prepare your spider/package for safe transit if your region is just on the cusp of freezing.

Please do not pressure us to ship it’s stressful for both parties, and while we sometimes cave to pressure, it’s not ideal for the animals. For regions at or below freezing, there are no exceptions shipping will remain on hold until conditions improve.

Spring is almost here!

Thank you for your patience the wait is almost over!
