LIVE SHIPPING UPDATE – LIMITED SHIPPING THIS WEEK

Hello!

We will be shipping orders within B.C this week, however due to freezing temperatures in our region on Monday we will be making an exception to our normal schedule and shipping on Tuesday instead.

Monday’s temperatures here are still well below our safe range, but Tuesday is expected to warm up just enough for heat packs to work effectively with their initial burst of heat, allowing us to safely move a limited number of packages.

Purolator Express orders heading to Calgary and the surrounding area should ship without issue this week, as temperatures there are looking suitable during the delivery window.

Unfortunately, most of Alberta will still need to wait. Temperatures are fluctuating too much across the province and we cannot safely send shipments into areas where freezing conditions may occur during transit.

Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, New Brunswick, and Saskatchewan are all showing a few warmer days in the forecast, but not enough consistent warmth yet to safely begin shipping. We are hopeful that next week will finally provide a better window, our weather on this end should be all clear upcoming so it's all on your local forecast.

Even if temperatures briefly lined up this week, shipping on Tuesday does not leave enough room for delays when sending packages across the country. Any unexpected delay could push a package into the weekend, which is the absolute worst-case scenario during cold weather and can unfortunately become a death sentence for live shipments.

We are monitoring forecasts closely and hope to resume wider shipping next week as temperatures continue to improve.

Thank you for your patience!
