Winter shipping has arrived

Our standard shipping will end for this year on Monday, October 30th. We will resume standard shipments when spring returns with warmer days. Due to the cold, we halt standard shipping to areas with temperatures falling below 10°C. Our heat packs and insulation, although effective, cannot assure the safety of our insects when temperatures risk dropping below -1°C. For the love and respect we hold for our creatures, especially our eight-legged friends, we cannot compromise their safety.

However, for those with urgent needs, we're offering a special winter shipping service. If you're willing to choose the FedEx 1-2 day service and bear the cost for a fully insulated box, we can make sure your order reaches you. This method comes with a higher shipping rate due to the added precautions and premium service, but it's an absolute necessity to ensure safety during these colder months. From November onwards, to maintain the highest standard of care, FedEx will be our exclusive shipping partner.

We're immensely grateful for your understanding, support, and patronage this year. As we wait for warmer days, we continue shipping non-weather dependent items. Do consider supporting us further by purchasing enclosures you'll want when spring returns.

Thank you for standing by our commitment to the well-being of these fascinating creatures.
