Winter shipping is here early
Due to an early onset of cold weather, we’ve had to switch into winter shipping mode sooner than expected. As of now, we’re no longer able to use Canada Post for shipping live spiders almost a month ahead of our usual deadline. Canada Post has been incredible this year in handling live spider shipments, and we sincerely appreciate their efforts. Thank you, Canada Post, for all your support!
Looking to the future, we hope Canada Post may secure faster routes and processing times, particularly in interior B.C. However, starting today and through the winter season, we will only be shipping live orders via FedEx or UPS. With these services, we can confidently confirm a Wednesday arrival or, at the latest, Thursday.
Canada post!!! we love you guys, we will see you in the spring once live shipping is open again for you guys.
If these delivery conditions cannot be met, we will need to reject or refund the order to prioritize the safety of our spiders. We apologize if this change seems inconvenient, but protecting our spiders in transit is our top priority during these colder months.
